  • Use respectful language in messages and reviews.

Safety first

  • Communicate and transact within MatchMaid where possible.
  • Do not share sensitive information in chat.
  • Meet in public for first interviews when feasible.

Fair pay & legal compliance

  • Pay at or above SA minimum wage.
  • Comply with labour laws and agreed terms.

Honest profiles & reviews

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Reviews must reflect real interactions.

Zero tolerance for fraud

  • No impersonation or payment scams.
  • Report suspicious behaviour to safety@matchmaid.co.za.
